What this position does
Supports the residential leasing team by keeping listings, leads, clients, and transactions accurate and moving in the CRM.

- Tenants and families finding suitable homes
- Leasing agents who rely on organized, up-to-date records
You will help landlords market and manage their properties properly while helping tenants find suitable homes. Your organization, follow-up, and accurate CRM work will make the leasing process faster, easier, and less stressful for clients.
Main responsibilities
- Encode and update residential property listings
- Respond to landlord, tenant, and client inquiries
- Update leads, clients, and properties in the CRM
- Schedule property viewings
- Follow up with landlords, tenants, and agents
- Prepare basic property presentations and documents
- Monitor leasing transactions and renewals
- Submit daily and weekly reports
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with CRM and office tools
- Reliable internet and a quiet work-from-home setup
