What this position does
Handles residential leasing and resale clients end to end — matching, presenting, negotiating, and closing.

- Landlords leasing their properties
You will guide families, individuals, tenants, buyers, sellers, and landlords through important real estate decisions. You will help people find the right home, lease their property, sell an asset, or make a sound property investment.
Main responsibilities
- Handle residential leasing and resale clients
- Match clients with suitable properties
- Conduct property presentations and viewings
- Negotiate with landlords, buyers, sellers, and tenants
- Follow up with leads until closing
- Update all activities and transactions in the CRM
- Complete required training and performance targets
Qualifications
- Client-facing or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Willing to complete training and accreditation
