Supports commercial leasing by researching spaces, sourcing owners, qualifying requirements, and keeping the pipeline and CRM sharp.

You will help business owners and companies find commercial spaces where they can operate and grow. Your research, property sourcing, coordination, and follow-up will also help property owners find qualified tenants and reduce vacancies.
Main responsibilities
- Research commercial properties and business locations
- Source property owners and available commercial spaces
- Encode and update commercial listings in the CRM
- Respond to commercial client inquiries
- Qualify client property requirements
- Schedule site inspections and meetings
- Follow up with property owners, tenants, and corporate clients
- Assist with proposals, letters of intent, and transaction monitoring
- Submit daily and weekly pipeline reports
Qualifications
- Strong research and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with CRM and spreadsheets
- Reliable internet and a quiet work-from-home setup
