What this position does
Owns commercial space requirements — sourcing, inspecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.

You will help entrepreneurs, corporations, and growing businesses find locations where they can operate, expand, employ people, and serve their customers. You will also help commercial property owners generate income from their assets.
Main responsibilities
- Handle office, retail, warehouse, building, and commercial-space requirements
- Source commercial properties and corporate clients
- Conduct site inspections and property presentations
- Prepare and present property options
- Assist in negotiations and letters of intent
- Coordinate with property owners and company representatives
- Follow up with leads until the transaction is completed
- Update all activities and transactions in the CRM
Qualifications
- Commercial or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, corporate-client presence
- Willing to complete training and accreditation
