What this position does
Runs short-stay operations across Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct bookings — reservations, guests, cleaning, and reporting.

You will help guests enjoy safe, comfortable, organized, and trusted stays. Your fast communication and proper coordination will also help property owners protect their units, maintain good guest reviews, and improve booking performance.
Main responsibilities
- Monitor Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct reservations
- Respond to guest inquiries and messages
- Coordinate guest check-in and check-out
- Schedule cleaners and maintenance personnel
- Monitor unit availability and booking calendars
- Process guest registration and building requirements
- Handle guest concerns and escalate urgent issues
- Update reservation and guest records
- Submit daily occupancy and operations reports
- Maintain good guest-service response times

- Customer-service mindset and quick responsiveness
