What this position does
Cleans and resets short-stay units to a premium standard before every guest arrival — an essential hospitality role.

Your work directly affects the health, safety, comfort, and trust of every guest. A properly cleaned and prepared unit can make a guest feel welcomed, respected, and cared for. This is an important hospitality role, not a minor support job.
Main responsibilities
- Clean and prepare short-stay units before guest arrival
- Change bed linens, towels, and bathroom supplies
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Check furniture, appliances, and unit condition
- Report damages, missing items, and maintenance concerns
- Follow the La Suitez cleaning checklist and quality standards
- Take before-and-after cleaning photos
- Monitor cleaning supplies and unit inventory
- Complete cleaning assignments on schedule
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Able to follow cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks
- Available for on-call, property-based schedules
